The ordering process was great. Michelle is very experienced and pleasant. She immediately made suggestions as to what she felt would be the best look for my project. I changed things along the way and needed to confirm the colors we originally chose would still work. She didn’t hesitate to return not only a second time, but the third time to ensure I was comfortable with our choices. My order has been placed and hopefully installation will go as smooth as ordering. I am so excited to see how everything comes together. Thank you Michelle for your experience and patience!

Poor customer service. JC Licht should own their mistakes and make it right for the customer. They will not even try to meet the customer half way.

Benjamin moore is probably the best paint if not the best,a close 2nd... I am a professional painter, and the staff Is good, but the owner is out of sight, gives me great deals, and is very personable

Hands down best place to buy paint for the novice to the professional. Staff is amazing, super helpful and knowledgeable. Asst store manager Eli is great to work with. This place has everything you need for a painting project large or small. I couldn't recommend this place more.

I'm am probably one of the most indecisive people on Earth. I needed help with some paint and Diana the manager, pulled a few color swatches to help me decide what would go best with my living room decor. She was super friendly and helpful. It's nice to go into businesses and find customer service like hers. It was very nice to have someone want to be helpful as opposed as to other people who act like they don't want to be at work.

Bad Service ? The Manager there was very rude to us. Maybe that day was not her day. I do not know but pretty rude. Bring someone better and Friendly please.

I had a great experience! I needed a paint but the place didn't have it. Madison provided me excellent customer service to find my paint that was discontinued. Other staff were very kind, friendly and professional as well. If I need more paint & decor items, I would love to come back to the store again.
