Came here because we have had several positive experiences with Iskalis, including a couple purchases, albeit those were 6-9 years ago.
Went in to get pricing on carpet. Associate working didn’t really tell us about any of the carpets, just showed us how to figure out the price on most of them. Scan machine for some wasn’t working, so no way to find out those prices. Asked about upgraded padding because the room is over a garage, and was told that they only carry a 1/8” pad because that’s the minimum requirement for the carpet warranty. Kept pressing him on any other padding types, like with plastic because we have kids and a dog. He finally said there was a paddling with plastic.
Ultimately purchased from another small business for cheaper because they took the time to discuss differences in carpeting brands and styles, features that we may want in a carpet, and gave us information on carpeting and not just how to check pricing and check out samples.

We recently installed hardwood flooring and worked with Tom. He was very professional and thorough. He also checked in during the install to see how the project was coming along. The floor installers were neat, precise and did an excellent job!

I went to Iskalis' American Floor Show to see if some carpeting can be replaced. I kind of knew what I was looking for. Mason met me as I entered. He quickly directed me toward carpeting that would work in this bedroom. I saw and chose one. He explained the aspects of this particular carpet. He showed me other samples but was encouraging when I chose one. He explained the procedure - from removing and installing the carpet. He came and measured and quickly gave me a quote and offered a time for the installers to be available. The installers were very professional. They did their job with little interference and did a wonderful job. I would recommend IAFS for flooring. They are professionals.

Salespeople were helpful pointing out options and costs. Work crew arrived on time. They were neat, worked steadily and completed the project in one day. My wife and I loved the finished look. Well done all around!

I just had my floors sanded and refinished by Iskalis. They are absolutely GORGEOUS. I can’t say enough about their follow-through and attention to detail. I have used them for 22years … I highly recommend them.

I had a wool runner put in by this company. Sure they have a good selection, but the top and bottom edges of the runner are just unfinished. They just had someone come recently to try to reseal it, as it was literally fraying. We paid so much for this shotty work. Not to mention, I really got the idea from the attitudes of the workers that they had no interest in trying to correct the issue in any manner for us.

Did a nor remodel snd used their material and labor! Had a water loss 8 months later snd got more material but had contractor install... still very Y helpful and accessible! We like lyhat they have the warehouse so close... just a few days to get the flooring!
