This place is amazing and I am not overeating I'm so fr the service was amazing I did get the name of the person helping me but he was an amazing employee and he found something that was I my price range and even changed a battery of a watch for me for free if you see this review I really am thankful I will definitely be coming back and give you a big tip???

Upon entering the store, I noticed two salespeople present. One was assisting a customer who was kneeling down looking at some watch or something, she was not actively engaging with the salesperson. As I approached to inquire about getting a battery change for my MOVADO watch, the other salesperson abruptly yelled at me, told me not to talk to him because he was supposedly occupied with a customer, he wasn't, at that time he was standing not doing anything or saying anything to the customer looking at watches. Shocked by the rude response, I decided to exit the store. I told the rude employee he should treat customers with respect, prompting the aggressive salesperson to start yelling at me with an intimidating demeanor. Honestly I felt unsafe by the way he was yelling and his body language, Feeling unsafe, I left the store.

Gave a really high price to repair a watch. Then I decided to leave the other worker was extremely rude yelled at me from outside sarcastically being extremely rude saying that I should thank them for their time.

Charged me 80 dollars to fix my chain and did such a bad job that the welding they did legit snapped when I was putting a shirt on and they didn’t even fix everything they told me they would and charged me for terrible don’t waste your money
