Made an appt and confirmed with via vm message for 2/11 appt. Tried multiple times to confirm with a live person but kept on going into voice mail. Showed up for appt and they said we did not have an appt. I have voice mail from them confirming appt. Very unprofessional way to run business. Jackson Hewitt welcomed us with open arms today an someone actually answered the phone.

Norman Chan is the worst tax accountant we have ever deal with. We went to the office and he had lost our W2 and did not take any responsibility. He was telling us that it was on us and he had the worst and nastiest attitude. Not helpful at all, he shouldn't be working at to provide any service at all.
