However, experiences can vary. One customer reported a negative interaction with a rude and disrespectful employee in the appliance section who was condescending, making them upset enough to leave. We used the Curbside pick up at Gurnee and the service was fantastic! We will continue to use this option as it was fast and simple. We placed our order and it was ready to be picked up in less than an hour. The delivery people were fast and efficient as well.
