I went into the Gurnee Il store and Elsa helped me because I lost my diamond in my engagement ring. She is wonderful! I appreciated her being supportive of my situation and helped me find a beautiful diamond and setting. She also gave me a great deal and she is just the most helpful associate and she is just a sweetheart!
