Have taken my cats here for 13 years. Kind and caring service always. Easy to make appointments. Dr Mlsna is our favorite vet, she is very easy to work with and really cares about the pets.

I got my puppy earlier this year and began bringing him in. All staff at GAH is great, friendly, speedy with service, and comforting. Definitely recommend for all pet needs

Dr. Mlsna is amazing! This veterinary practice is top-notch. We have 4 pups now, and each of them is happy and healthy. We never have to wait long to be seen. When our 14 yo corgi was very ill and needed to be seen and put down, they squeezed us in at the end of a long day so we could have it done there and not at an emergency pet hospital. They were so understanding and gave us options for treatment, never pushing their beliefs on us. Dr. Mlsna always gives us all the information, tells us her opinion, and let's us choose the right treatment plan for us. She was able to give us over a year with our pup before we had to bring her in. This is the best vet in Lake County!

We didn't actually go to see the doctor. We were trying to get prescription dog food, which we didn't end up getting, but I rated the place 5 stars because of the woman who assisted my wife and I. She tried her hardest to comply with our request, but it turned out that they are restricted by Illinois law in what they can and cannot do for the consumer and was very helpful in suggesting we go to Petsmart; the source of our other prescription food.

Grand Animal Hospital does a great job with our epileptic dog. They have often squeezed her in for an emergency visit. Everyone is always super friendly and helpful. We also have appreciated their recommendations for more specialized care.

Dr. Mlsna is a very caring Vet. She responds promptly to emails and phone messages. She has patience that is admirable. She truly cares about my furry friends, especially Sébastien. I appreciate her dedication to get his health back on track and value her professional opinion. She is definitely a must meet Vet for your pets.
