They only accept cash. And the, "Storewide 40% off" signs posted everywhere, did not apply to my purchase. There's another sign posted near the register (which was pointed out to me) that explains what is not included, in small print. It was one sign, higher than eye level. Very shady.

Me and my son had stopped in the week after Thanksgiving to look around and found a fun little fidget set. The item was clearly marked with a sign and a bunch of other products around it for $10.After about five minutes of looking around, we head to the register the gentleman at the register then informed us that he had seen us looking and realized that he had forgotten to take down a few signs from Black Friday.He then proceeded to refuse to honor the advertised price and wanted to charge me $25 but would give me a 10% off as a courtesy.Absolutely ridiculous as it had been six days since Black Friday so plenty of time to pull the signs down, and the right thing would be just to honor the price mistake.

I went Go calendars in Gurnee on a Friday and they were closed. I decided to go back on Sunday. The website says they open at 10:00. They were not opened. I waited around until 11:00 because that’s when the mall stores open. There was still no one there. I waited until 11:30. No one showed.I don’t understand how this business is run when it’s only open seasonally. So so disappointing.

I came here looking for a specific calendar. They did not have it in stock, but found it at another location. They had it transfered to this store for me. I was very happy with how the staff treated me. Thanks to them I have a happy family.
