Floor & Decor really has the largest selection, best prices and amazing customer service. Sarahi gave us the best price! I'm due in 2 weeks and decided now was the perfect time to redo floors. I thought shipping would be quick but it turned out to be 2-3 weeks. This location only had 27 out of the 59 boxes we needed so I was in panic mode. Sarahi went above and beyond calling other locations not only for stock but also to match the price! I am forever grateful for all of Sarahi assistance! Going to only use Floor & Decor for all my future flooring needs!

I want to give Dylan a shout out! Great customer service and all around solid dude. Working on a tile project in my basement and didn’t know much, but Dylan had me leaving there feeling confident in my ability to get it done. Extremely knowledgeable about the product and process. He recommended different items to buy, along with some helpful tips. Appreciate it bro!

Rayna Van Horn was extremely helpful and kind helping me with finding material I picked up 2 years ago. She was able to give me the exact specifications and cost that I purchased in the past and I was able to use the same marble tiles for my living room. She emailed the information and saved me a trip to the store! It is so easy to place an order with Rayna! She was more than helpful and kind!

I absolutely loved working with designer Sarahi from the Gurnee Floor & Decor store. Sarahi helped me design 2 bathrooms as well as flooring for my entire condo. Her graphic design ability helped me visualize the final design and I was very, very pleased. Thank you Sarahi for being patient and guiding me through the tile selection process. You are gifted!

Don't bay material in box because if you need return some thet you not need they will not return ..is estupend becas they can return if you bay bay pises but noy bay box way they sale sepered ???

We are currently finishing our basement and picked out tile from our local tile store. When install was ready, we were told the tile was back ordered and would be at least another month so, we cancelled our order and headed to Floor and Decor in Gurnee to hopefully find a comparable match.
We found everything we needed and saved a lot of money by doing so. Team member, Lupe helped us with all the dimensions so we knew what we needed. The efficiency in which she was able to help us was impressive. She was very knowledgeable and her eye for design and matching accompanying floor tile and grout was superb.

I order online and pick up the items for both of my renovation projects. First, last year's bathroom renovation and now, this year's kitchen renovation.The only issue is that Floor and Decor should post that any product they advertise should be labeled as discontinued and no longer available so their customers can be aware of that. I had to drive 70 miles, to their Tinley Park store to pick up one more case of the Nucore Titan Auburn 8 millimeter LVP only after discovering on my own of this fact! Whew, what a test for stress.Anyway, I love the service and friendliness of all the people who sacrafice their lives serving customers at Floor and Decor!I'll recommend them to anyone doing major (or minor)renovations in their homes!
