The minute I signed up and took my first class, trainers and other participants were so friendly and encouraging me even when I couldn’t do much of the workouts. Now I’ve been a member for going on three months and I love it.

This place is addicting! I love to walk in not knowing what to expect and leave so accomplished. The staff is also welcoming and everyone is treated like family. Classes are fun and fast and effective. I definitely recommend trying them!
