Very poor customer service called the Gurnee location to see if a non customer can turn in change spoke to a employee by the name Mary she was very Rude told me that they can't turn in change for if your not a customer went to the waukegan location a while back they where able to do it first she told me to go back to the waukegan location since they where able to do it then she told me in a rude way well that's the answer I have for you glad i don't bank here stay away from this Gurnee location.

This bank sucks. They charge you when they mess up your account. They don’t answer their phone. Their customer service stinks. Go across the street to PNC. I never, ever have trouble there!!!!!!!!

Bad service from OLD NATIONAL BANK since transition from FIRST MIDWEST BANK. I was on phone for a total of 1hr. 10 minutes and got hung up on right at 3:30. What the HELL is going on with this bank?

Quick! Take your business/$ elsewhere! Let's all find something like Bailey Business & Loan. I have had nothing but trouble since 1st Midwest merged with Old Nat'l. Here are just a few examples: debit card not working on certain devices/@ some locations, debit card alerts not functioning, app not always available, no way to schedule an appointment for here online, new policies about savings account fees & overdraft protection, waiting 2 (& then 1) hour(s) in line to talk to people at this branch, being on hold for ~10 hours over 5 different days with people answering & then putting me on hold again never to return, changing routing #s in 2 years, having a new card #, not explaining where pending charges are coming from, etc. Need I say more?! It has been ridiculous. Call the # & just know everything in the message is false... Such a disappointment in this day/age. Boo! ?

New name of bank means nothing in Northern Illinois. OLD National bank conveys poor images. I'll probably leave before I have to get new checks with this embarrassing name on it. I'm glad they have taken the bold step of supporting Ukraine by the their choice of colors.

"First Worst Bank" - The worst bank on the face of the Earth. Not sure how this bank gets an average rating of 2. Not possible unless its employees are here providing positive review. It took 3 months to close a loan after some 50+ follow-ups with loan officer. The lock had long expired and they tried to charge me extra fee for their mistake of letting lock expire.

A customer service representative named Loraina (sp?), just helped my elderly mother negotiate her bank account. She was excellent and let my mom get a full chat out of her :) Really nice lady, wish there were more people out there like her.

I had an awesome experience with my mortgage loan officer Steve at First Midwest Bank. He helped me through the entire process. If I had questions, he returned my calls promptly and was always pleasant. I have been banking with FMW with no complaints for about 10 years.

I see a lot of negative reviews here. I've banked with FMB for many years and have had little to no issues. Mortgage and HELOC processing has been smooth. Only issue is they lack some features of bigger national banks, but for me not a huge issue.

So looked at my account online was charged twice from Hulu 6.39 and got overdrafts 36.00 for it called up Hulu and they said they saw no double charge then I called up first Midwest at 7:30am this morning day before thanksgiving and they said that the other charge is going to be re processed however the overdraft fee i would have to pay for and on top of that I was told that the overdraft protection was taken off my account due to so many overdrafts since September thank you I’m closing this account
