Why is a bank only open until 5 M-F?What about people who work?

The ONLY branch that is wonderful! Super friendly and helpful. I feel like they care when I talk to anyone at this branch.

A customer service representative named Loraina (sp?), just helped my elderly mother negotiate her bank account. She was excellent and let my mom get a full chat out of her :) Really nice lady, wish there were more people out there like her.
