I was in line and put the divider between orders and the African American woman gave me a dirty look and huffed something which I couldn't make out so I asked several times did I do something wrong she just ignored me she seemed very crabby why you'd have someone working at your store like that I don't know. Even the woman in front of me and behind me kept looking at me and eyes rolling as I asked again did I do something wrong. Very very unprofessional she should not be working with the public. I will now be taking my business to the Grayslake Dollar Tree. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year

I wanted to get some balloons blown up for my nieces birthday today . They said they were out of helium and I had to pick from what was there. I wanted two specialty balloons and some plain with color. I wanted 8 total plus I bought some other items . I walked out with one balloon I was not happy. And on top of it the girl had an attitude the whole time.

Never the one to usually write reviews, but honestly I have never been treated so unkindly by a team member for no reason at a store before. I understand we all have our bad days but it does not mean you take it upon others. Don’t think I will be coming back to this location after today.

Nothing special seems to have very limited products.

Many items available at $1.25. This is a must stop especially at Christmas time for gift wrapping supplies including gift boxes. Ornaments for the tree or decor, and other harder to find products.
Only drawback is a shortage of help at checkout. Store usually crowded during weekdays. Other handy household items available all year long.

I love this store! some unique products. The store is always neat and organized. Best of all the employees are friendly and helpful. In particular the manager, Bret, does are great job. He's always friendly and helpful if you can't find something. Love the location.
