Very friendly people who will do nothing when you really need them. The problem is really corporate Allstate. I could write for hours about this but it is not good for my injuries and blood pressure.

Your review:
We have met with the agent last year and he could not find ways to lower our premiums. We had a claim for our roof and got no help from the agency and the process was long and unsuccessful although all our neighbors received new roofs. We only received a small claim amount that equaled our low deductible. Feel that we were not represented properly for the amount we pay in premium with no claims.
The renewed premiums are extremely high and will look at other insurance carriers.

Best experience so far on insurance we had almost left All state due to lack of communication in Waukegan office no one answering called this office & asked to change we spoke to Megan let me tell you she’s absolutely incredible everyone going to this office go to her she absolutely knows he stuff thanks so much agin Megan I will definitely be sending my people to you ☺️

Did the entire process by phone with a lovely representative, Ms. AmyLynne McBee, who was patient and informative on what the full coverage offered. She named multiple ways to bring down the price to something more affordable for me.

AmyLynne was awesome to work with, both friendly and very knowledgable! My first contact at the office had me slipping in just before closing at 5:30. Not once did i feel like i was an inconvenience but was met with smiles and accommodation to my insurance needs. There was more to take care of that my daughter needed to be there for but she works during their business hours and we were able to easily schedule a Saturday morning appointment to take care of business! A totally pleasant experience! Thank you AmyLynne! Your great!
