Very happy with the service I got. Fixed my brakes for what I believe is a fair price. Pointed out the other potential issues with my vehicle, but clearly distinguished what didn’t need to be fixed immediately and did not try to upsell. This is appreciated. I would recommend D Wells and will return the next time I need service on my vehicle.

Great experience. Within the day they sent me pictures of the exact problem. Another mechanic suggested a totally different alternative “fix” that would not have worked.
D Wells is definitely the only mechanic I plan to use moving forward.

First time going to D. Wells. Everyone I encountered was very professional and did an excellent job at communicating the issues with my vehicle in detail with full transparency. Update (8/1/24)
I went in for an oil change and all around check. I liked their online scheduling. It was convenient and easy. I was greeted right away and few minutes later, my car was taken care of. The oil change went smoothly. The service performed was completely on time. A report was explained by staff and a detailed one with photos were provided online. The car was tidy and no stains. A follow up text was sent to me.
I would recommend D Wells.
2014:
Dave Wells greeted me right away. Tires were mounted and balanced correctly without any scratches on wheels. Old weights were removed. After installation of tires, 4 wheel alignment was checked for free. They showed me the print out and it showed the my Miata's alignment or "toe" was off or not within specs. I agreed and they performed the alignment. This will insure even wear on my new tires and better ride and handling. Tires were mounted and balanced within an hour. Alignment took another 45 min. Not a long wait. D Wells had many repeat and loyal customers in the waiting area. They spoke highly of the honest and quality of service. The waiting area was clean and had complementary coffee and tea. They had free WiFi. David and Dan who worked at the front desk were friendly, very knowledgeable, and customer-oriented. Great guys! Service was friendly, honest, and high quality. They were very thorough in their service. I highly recommend this shop for the installation of your tires or automotive servicing.
