Ed was a massive help when we bought our first home. I wouldn't say it was easy, but he made it as easy as possible. This was due to his approachable and friendly personality, his vast knowledge of house finance, and his unmatched ability to help you through anything during the process. If you are looking to buy a home - and especially if it is your first home - this is your guy. I would recommend Ed to anyone and everyone and if I could rate him 6 out of 5 stars, I would.

Ed is an absolute pleasure to work with. As first time home buyers, we felt very overwhelmed when starting the pre-approval and search for a home. Ed Conarchy made what is otherwise a stressful, overwhelming process much easier. With Ed, everything was smooth sailing. Ed is extremely detail oriented, organized, and has a plethora of good advice/knowledge. He will give you the facts straight, and not push you in one direction or the other. He kept us constantly in the loop, and updated us at every step. We seriously couldn't picture going through this whole process without him. As a bonus, he and my husband bonded over dad jokes ?

Who wants to go through the hassle of a re-fi? Well, me for one! Working with Ed Conarchy on a re-fi this month was a unique and pleasant experience. Ed was in frequent contact throughout the process with helpful insights and advice. Even after the closing, Ed followed up to make sure that things went smoothly and that I actually received the funds to which I was entitled. Based upon his long experience in the business, Ed was able to point out money-saving tips that I would never have considered on my own. Ed Conarchy is the Rolls Royce of Mortgage Broker. He makes things so easy and simple. It is so comforting to be in good hands and know that you are always going to have a prompt answer would you have a question during the process. And be able to speak to someone reliable (not a robo...) who has your best interest in mind.
