The teller at this locations drive through was extremely rude. Idk how someone like that even has a job.
Not worth the monthly fees to have customer service like this

Made appointment at 11:00am on a Friday. Waited for 15 minutes then told the woman I had the appointment with was busy on the phone and some other person would help. Left after waiting again. Cant talk to anyone have to make an on line appointment then get screwed. Terrible job Chase Gurnee

The worse customer service. Seems like they don’t care or don’t know what they’re doing. Over 30 minutes to cashed a few checks
