First and last visit, went with my daughter and her cousin for their birthday month and they ran out of the accessories for the 25$ birthday bear bundle. Refused to substitute the item, refused to give me the deal without it, refused to take the accessory off the display, her answer was they couldn’t do anything. Overall disappointed with the experience.

I am a shareholder have 3 shares of bbw but when the male filled my cyclops bear he did a very horrible job and frankly was just “ick” during the whole process, didn’t care to engage with customer while stuffing. Did a very poor job stuffing new friend. Ruined the experience altogether

Excellent experience manager was all alone remained pleasant and professional at all times. She made the experience good for all dealing with questions, making several bears, helping all kids get to know their new bears. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!!

The staff there was friendly and great with my kids and gave directions since i hadn't been there in over 20 years. It was sunday after the 4th of july and busy enough but they didn't seemed rushed or over whelmed! Place was clean, well stocked and organized! Great experience we will be back

I took my niece. Went to the store all the employees were very nice, helpful and excited to help out!
My niece got a nice bear for her birthday and a shirt and it was only $9 with the birthday promotion. It’s was a great experience and I cherished it. 10/10 Gurnee Build a Bear.

My family went at 11:45 am on Sunday, Feb 25, 2024. The store was not open. They didn't answer the phone all day either. I called at 3:45 pm in case they opened for the afternoon, no answer the 3 times I called. Very disappointed.

The Gurnee Mills location in Gurnee Illinois is fantastic. We were in there during my granddaughters there and just so you know that if you go in on the month that your child was born and you pay for your Build-A-Bear, the price of your child’s age. Which was fantastic because my granddaughter turned one, so my beer cost a dollar. The outfit for the bear well that cost 30 bucks. But it was a lot of.

Was building a bear with my daughter since I deploy soon. Did not open as scheduled. One worker finally opened 30+ minutes late and had no energy. Did not have a special or magical feeling like I experienced in the past.

Took my grandson for his first build a bear experience and loved it! Staff was helpful they let my grandson interact with the process and it was great!

my cousin seen the display bear that’s out of stock online and all locations we ask the worker if we can purchase it she said no. I called other locations they said they would have gave us display and I called customer service they also said they should have gave us the display bear. So if you see a bear there let them know YOU CAN PURCHASE THE DISPLAY BEARS if they are out of stock online.
