Excellent experience manager was all alone remained pleasant and professional at all times. She made the experience good for all dealing with questions, making several bears, helping all kids get to know their new bears. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!!

The staff there was friendly and great with my kids and gave directions since i hadn't been there in over 20 years. It was sunday after the 4th of july and busy enough but they didn't seemed rushed or over whelmed! Place was clean, well stocked and organized! Great experience we will be back

I took my niece. Went to the store all the employees were very nice, helpful and excited to help out! My niece got a nice bear for her birthday and a shirt and it was only $9 with the birthday promotion. It’s was a great experience and I cherished it. 10/10 Gurnee Build a Bear.
