This location is nasty ? the dunkin doughnuts that’s inside was nasty ? it looks like it’s mouse infested at the dunkin doughnuts and the Indian guys are not very friendly they have this mean look to them when you walk in as if there annoyed by people anyways will never be going back there again

This gas station IS NOT open 24 hours a day. At least not on Saturdays. Please stop lying and update your hours.

I usually pay st the pump. But this time I had to pay in cash. The guy that should have helped me looked like he had never seen a $20 bill before. He said that he couldn’t take it. Thank god there is as mobile down the street. Good bye BP.

Don't think this place has set hours, they just seem to close whenever they feel like it. They don't even have their hours listed on here.Tried to stop there after work and they were closed by 8:50 pm on a Saturday.Oh well, if they don't like making money then that's their problem.There are 2 other BP stations a few miles away on Route 45 that are 24 hours so it's best to just go to one of them instead.

Always something wrong with this car wash, the car wash payment, etc. the car wash tells you to back up and drive forward at the same time… stupid.

Spend your money where you get respect....This Gurnee, IL BP on Hunt Club Rd was bought by some individuals from New York month ago. I used to go to the station almost daily. About 2 weeks ago I went to the station. An employee was on his cell phone with his boss. The phone was on loud speaker and I heard the conversation between them. I heard the boss complaining to his clerk and say the words "F***ing n****rs". The clerk tried to laugh it off and then told me it was his boss on the phone. He even turned the phone towards me, so I could see his boss' face. I just glared at him. This BP station will never get another dime of my money, and if you don't condone this racist behavior, you shouldn't either.

This has been my gas station since I have had to return to Gurnee. Attentive customer service is difficult to find in retail establishments in this area, but an employee at this gas station consistently gives good customer service so I continue to buy gas and snacks here. I haven’t been to the DD next door much but they are attentive too whenever I have purchased from there. Getting to use my Kroger points here is a huge plus and I haven’t had any issues with using my points whether at the pump or at the cash register.

Gas station is cash only. Help button at gas station doesn't work and no one answers the phone. Got stuck with three kids in the car and I had to run into the store. When I asked for a code to leave, I was told there wasn't one and I had to pay to get out. I made a formal complaint to BP today and was told third parties may own them. Beware.

This place is the worst - the attendant barely speaks English and we paid for 3 car washes due to poor communication and basically got a water rinse.

Car wash died 10 seconds into my wash. The cashier then gave me a hard time when I asked for a refund.
