I'm not sure why anyone shops at Best Buy. They are very overpriced, not very knowledgeable in products, and have the worst return policy of all store at 14 days. If there is a problem after 14 days, you are screwed and have to deal with the manufacturer. It was 16 days for me, and dealing with the manufacturer has been a nightmare. I will never shop at Best Buy again!

I was looking for a new 4TB HDD, and the main staff member helping me did his best, along with his colleagues, to ensure I got the right product. They even assisted in checking if we could price match with Amazon, but we already had the lowest price at $104.00. - Coach

I went to buy a ps5 for my son and waited 40 minutes and employee kept telling me I'll be with you in a minute... the store was empty.. so I decided to go to target wich took me 5 minute to purchase my ps5 .. won't come again

A Goku action figure leg was broken right out of the box. It appears it was broken and returned. The tape on the figure was removed which means it was used and returned.
