“While traveling from MN to IL, we hit something in the road and ruptured the gas tank in an '09 Rav4. We were towed to MacLagan Auto after hours by AAA. I was at their mercy and warned that finding a gas tank was going to be an issue and may lead to more repairs. MacLagan looked for gas tanks, including checking junk yards with no success. Nothing was available locally and we were scheduled to leave town in 2 days. Then they did research and found someone that could instead repair the tank, saving me time and considerable cost.
Being from out of town and not having options they could have taken advantage of the situation. Instead they went over and above to find a solution to take care of the problem at a reasonable cost and doing it right away to keep us on schedule.”

“I went to Gillespie Ford in Gurnee on Grand Avenue earlier in the week. The salesman I talked to was Everado. He was able to get a car for us to try out on the ones we were interested in. Everado did an excellent job of explaining the features of the cars we tried out.
We were asked what other types of cars that we were interested in and what dealers we were going to next. We mentioned that we were interested in the Lincoln Aviator. Everado went and found a 2025 Reserve II used model with only a few miles on it. We test drove the Aviator and were very thankful that Everado found one for us to check out and test drive.
Any technical questions we had on the vehicles were answered by Everado. We enjoyed our time with him and highly recommend him to help you in your search.

“My wife's car failed the smog test and the technician said that the catalytic converter was defective so I contacted Uribe and he replaced it with a new converter. When I took the car back in for the smog test it failed again. I then took the car to an independent mechanic and it was determined that the converter wasn't getting hot enough to burn the gases so I took it back to Uribe, thinking that maybe the new converter was defective. Uribe verified that the converter wasn't getting hot enough and took me to another mechanic who verified that nothing was wrong with the converter and the real problem was the thermostat. Replacing the thermostat fixed the problem. Uribe went the extra mile to ensure that the problem was fixed. It's not often where an individual will invest this much effort to satisfy a customer. I definitely recommend Uribe for anyone needing muffler work as Uribe is both honest and reasonable in his prices, a combination you don't see often enough in today's world.”
