“I had a storage unit at Loctite for over two years Very nice place clean everything pretty new. Love the climate control and the lighting as you walk down the hall it lights up automatically for you whatever area you’re in I always felt very safe even going in by myself as a woman loading dock is a definite plus and I am a nighttime person, so it was nice that it’s open 24 hours.I think their prices are competitive.”

“This is my first time renting here. I stopped by before I rented. Mostly to see if the size was what we needed, as we were moving things from a 4 bdrm 3 bath house. There is no office there, but Don was there! He answered all my questions, showed me how to rent on the website and that there was an office about 20 minutes away if I needed anything else. After I rented I ran into Don again and he helped by answering more of my questions. Don is knowledgeable, personable and professional. I would recommend this storage facility because of him alone! He really cares about the customers. But the price is great and the location off the freeway was awesome too. Having Don there was an A+ Thanks again Don!?”

“Called and Jim answered the phone, Very polite and answered all my questions. Agreed to meet me and show me what was available and let me pick my own spot (RV Storage). Place is well kept and has 24 hour video surveillance, also located in a nice area. Prices are very reasonable for RV storage and Jim was very helpful.”

“Very friendly staff. I showed up unexpectedly and stressed as heck in the middle of a horrific ice storm that happened to come on our moving day. The original place we booked a U-Haul through (Curt’s transportation in east Peoria) closed because of the weather and left me without a way to move. The gentleman at U-Haul was so kind. He cleared all the ice off the U-Haul that I rented and pulled it right up to the door to warm up while we did paperwork. Very easy pick up and drop off experience. Should have used this location all along! Highly recommend!
Addendum: brought my vehicle here to get a hitch installed. Interacted with 3 different gentlemen throughout my experience, all of whom were extremely nice and helpful. They had the hitch installed perfectly (no wiring was needed) in about an hour. Highly recommend for hitch installation as well!”

“I purchase storage auctions through a third party website. My experience with red dot storage was phenomenal. The initial customer support agents I dealt with were kind and professional.The auction department were transparent about sales and professional. Joel deserves a raise. Jerry/Gerry was great to work with as well.Please red dot, add the auction department to your automated tone system! Sometimes the CSA were wrong about when the auction department were available and it takes about 10 minutes to finally patch into the auction department. Having a direct line will speed up transactions and time sensitive questions.Thanks again Joel for being so awesome and kind. I look forward to working with red dot and Joel in the future!”
