Horrible service the lady was rude and lazy. She made me do her job for her. Never received my package and inside the box were valuable items!

Had to go here because I needed to purchase stamps and mail off a few letters. There were several people ahead of me, including a woman who spent almost 20 minutes inquiring about EVERYTHING related to shipping...times, expense, weights, etc. When it was finally my turn, I purchased my postage and mailed my items. The woman behind the counter was efficient and to the point.

Our mail carrier is rude & refuses to put mail in our mail box if our small elderly dog is outside. She will throw it on the front porch in direct sunlight for all to see. Packages and mail could easily be stolen. Its getting really old!!!! At least our old mail carrier before we moved would leave dog treats and pet our dogs. He was awesome. This lady is a joke. If our mail gets stolen I'm holding the post office accountable.

The Greenville Illinois Post Office, always, always provides GREAT service! As for the current Postmaster, Lisa Mena, does an OUTSTANDING job! She always has a smile on her face and ALWAYS goes above and beyond to help the customers!

Package tracking states 2 separate packages were delivered at 2:51pm. (Actual time I driver delivered package for my husband.) Received neither of them. Tried calling the post office for 2 hrs straight. Line busy. Guess I will be driving in town tomorrow to inquire why. Really needed both packages today.

I have always received my packages here. Today a lady told me that I have to have an I.D to pick up my package. Never have I been asked this before. The people working today we're rude on top of the ID thing.
