This place is amazing. Carrie did and absolutely phenomenal job and I will definitely be a return customer. The entire leather lounge vibe is very cozy and inviting. I got there an hour early due to snow and did not mind waiting. Complimentary coffee and a fridge of complimentary drinks are readily available as is nearly every beard accessory this world has to offer. The amount of time Carrie took to make sure my beard was perfectly edged and faded is a testimony to the craft they are selling that this isn't just a barbershop....this is a legit grooming lounge. The hot towel, shoulder and scalp massage and the tailored haircut were all extremely relaxing and top notch. You can go anywhere for a haircut and beard trim, but you go to Dapper Gents to fully immerse yourself in an fantastic atmosphere where a guy can relax and look his best.

Back to my roots for a wedding, and this is THE place for a much needed haircut and shave. Don't usually pamper myself like this, but Dapper Gents offers the best services in town. Also picked up some new fashions and accessories that will go well with my new West Coast lifestyle.

My boyfriend called to book an appointment and was told they did not have anyone that cut ethnic hair.We were shocked that a barbershop that is supposed to be that upscale would turn him away for being black? I can not believe that in this day and age we are still experiencing this sort of discrimination.

Stopped in this joint by pure accident or should i say luck!Friend and i were in town for couple of days 2nd spot that popped up on Ways 1st was closed.It all worked out.The place is decorated by feeling and intention and it gives off it's own personality that's also displayed in the stylists Owner and her peps are good looking friendly and smart. Great at their professions to boot! Any guy that needs a cut can't miss with this joint.If your a girl/woman and want to see what a woman can do at a young age with some balls and smarts this also is the place for you.Great people putting on a great atmosphere and doing a great job what more can you ask for !deuces i would've gave 5 stars but 1 of the stylist was a mope

This is the place to go if you want a professional hair cut and a nice relaxing time. I booked an appointment online with Brooke after seeing so many great reviews. I was greeted at the door with a good selection of drinks while I waited. I waited no longer then 10 minutes on a Friday afternoon. Brooke asked what I wanted and being my first haircut since December, I gave very little description of what I wanted and told Brooke to do whatever she thinks is best. She did an amazing job at getting every detail perfect. From start to finish, this is the best haircut and barber I have ever had. I'll be back soon. Thank you!!!

I stopped in here while I was in turn and in much need of a haircut. Brooke did an amazing job and very pleasant to chat with during the cut. Besides haircuts the store has some great clothing brands and accessories. Will definitely drop back in on my next trip to St Louis.

Dapper Gents is the place to go in St. Louis for a men's haircut. It is pricy but I have never had a bad haircut there. You get what you're paying for. All of the hair stylists there do a great job.

This was my first time at Dapper and I couldn't have ask for a better experience. The atmosphere was warm and the staff was great. Brooke took great care of me and is a good conversationalist. I'll definitely be back!!

I have been going to Dapper Gents for a few years now. I really enjoy the feeling when ever I go in for an appointment. The entire team of staff is friendly and nice. They feel like a family, and you can tell as soon as you walk into the store. If want a quality cut where every employee knows your name and you know theirs this is the place to go.

Headed downtown to get a haircut after making an appointment. I'm about an hour and a so away from my appointment time and got a phone call saying they cancelled the appointment because of a call in. Got told they can't do anything today. Just sucks

Stopped into Dapper Gents last weekend looking for a leather Dopp kit. They didn't have one in stock but Matt told me he'd look for something online from one of their providers and get back to me. Two days later I got a text from Matt with three options that were all great. He went above and beyond to accommodate me. Great customer service Dapper Gents. Thanks Matt!

I (Johnnie) decided to grow my facial hair this autumn. I'd never had a beard or mustache. I let it all grow out for almost seven weeks, then booked an appointment at Dapper Gents to get it straightened up. I'm looking for work and need to look really sharp in a suit and tie. I booked Brooke for a beard trim and haircut. Prior to my appointment, I asked my wife to find a pic online of a good, professional cut and beard, and she texts me a picture of David Beckham looking like champagne and money. I said "Babe, they're barbers, not magicians!" Then I went over there. Brooke is very sweet and professional and a good conversationalist. She is adroit with the clippers and the scissors-over-comb, and she made my messy mop of hair look like C-suite money in no time. Next she tamed my beard and trimmed it beautifully. I felt like I looked like a bum when I went in there, but now I feel like an executive. She applied a great smelling beard oil and took care to do a final once- over of the whole job, clipping here and there. Oh she also trimmed my eyebrows. MOST IMPORTANT PART: When my wife (Lovie) got home from work, she wanted to attack me and throw me into bed! She loves the look. I will be back. You should go there too.

I have had my bread trimmed here 3 times. The most recent time I had about half the length cut and was nervous how it would turn out. Brooke did an incredible job - shaped perfectly with just the right amount taken off. I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. You're in great hands here. The staff and atmosphere is great. Will definitely be coming back in the future.
