“If there were 10 stars I’d give them an 11!! This place is small town, rural America at its finest. My family and I were traveling from St. Louis, MO to Ann Arbor, MI and had a minor accident that left our rented Nissan pathfinder with a hissing sound and some steam coming from the engine. We stopped here for help to ensure the car was safe to drive and this place took the time to put the car on a rack, checked the radiator and the engine and said it was the AC condenser but aside from losing our AC the car was safe to drive. The unbelievable part is they didn’t charge us. We drove the rest of the way without incident (other than having to drive with the windows down). It’s hard to find this level of honest professional service anymore. I cannot thank them enough for making a potential disaster into a renewed faith in human compassion.”
