“If there were 10 stars I’d give them an 11!! This place is small town, rural America at its finest. My family and I were traveling from St. Louis, MO to Ann Arbor, MI and had a minor accident that left our rented Nissan pathfinder with a hissing sound and some steam coming from the engine. We stopped here for help to ensure the car was safe to drive and this place took the time to put the car on a rack, checked the radiator and the engine and said it was the AC condenser but aside from losing our AC the car was safe to drive. The unbelievable part is they didn’t charge us. We drove the rest of the way without incident (other than having to drive with the windows down).
It’s hard to find this level of honest professional service anymore. I cannot thank them enough for making a potential disaster into a renewed faith in human compassion.”

“This was a decent stop. Yes, Illinois fuel costs more but if you have no choice you can at least scan your Love's barcode and get 10 cents off per gallon.
Inside the store, I found plenty of options for snacks and hot dogs. A hot dog with chili and onions and cheese can really hit the spot. And yes, I was burping it for hours! Worth it.
Men's room was tidy enough and while it could use some service (a paper towel on the floor, water on the counter), I still hit the green button on the way out.”
