3rd back to back to back orders for our construction and landscape business. These guys not only created a creative logo but one that everyone we see loves, they ask who created it and the eye catching result is nothing we expected. then the shirts and hoodies were absolutely amazing. I know during the COVID era, the time limit altered so much but we never considered that a lack of professionalism, the kept dong what they could with what they could, and soon enough they provided excellent 100% amazing quality items! Thanks again for the 3rd order, we have had 7 printers and none of them would provide the personal communication with the owner much less of anyone else answering the phone, so thank you Brandon and Apex Ink!!!!

AFTER REALIZING THE OTHER APEX ACCOUNT WAS A FAKE, I am happy to leave a review for the TRUE Apex that completed my order with extremely great printing and even upped our garments from the cheap Gildan shirts to the Anvil shirts. Best thing any printer has done for us, NO PRINT SHOP WOULD UPGRADE THE TSHIRTS FOR NO CHARGE and Apex's prices are the BEST we have found locally and anywhere on the internet. Their turnaround time for 100 shirts for my start up was literally 3 days In hand!I HIGHLY RECOMMEND APEX INK SCREEN PRINTING (the real Apex Ink) TO ANYONE WANTING PRINTING, EMBROIDERY, GRAPHIC DESIGN, PROMOTIONAL ITEMS, OR BANNERS/SIGNS.

First and foremost, i highly suggest you find an alternative company to deal with. Brandon, is a very unusual person to communicate with. His anger gets the best of him when it comes to customer service.Second, pay with a credit card. Let the bank handle any issues that may arise.Third, research bad conduct screen printing if you would like to see some bad reviews connected to Apex.I placed a large order for hoodies and shirts that added up to $840. I was told id have a completion date of a week and they would ship soon after. I was told the order shipped on 3 different occasions but i was NEVER given a tracking number. As a month of wait approached, i was finally given a tracking number. That tracking number was for an overnight delivery, however the package was never dropped off at UPS.I called Brandon this morning to discuss the issue, he was upset and was quick to hang up on me. Very unprofessional move considering i paid $840 for an order. I returned the call and soon after and he then decided that he didnt care about the order and that he would have his attorney handle it.Last i checked, attorneys don't really screen print well. Shrug.Either way, my bank is handling this issue and now brandon is going with threats. Very awful business tactics. They've been documented tho.Steer clear from this guy, bad conduct screen printing reviews said it all. Nothing but run around.Oh and this was the second order i placed, the first one was also done wrong and not fixed.

This print shop is one of the best I've used. nothing but hand drawn art, whether its custom, recreated or used as is, Apex stands out with superb quality, the printing is insane good. this place is growing and blowing up and I understand the stress that goes with that. somehow they still manage to handcraft their skills and not commercialize like most printers do and deliver a product every customer is proud of! Good going Apex, and im sorry you have 1 hater but thats when you know you on top of the game!!

love this print shop and the printers are so talented. They turn regular images and designs into awesome pieces of art. They should be the biggest if not the most notorious printers in Chicago or the country, they keep breaking expectations with customers
