Somewhat in a pinch due to our Jeep we were towing having a leak in the rear tire. Rick got us in and took care of us! Very much appreciated!!!

Fast, friendly service. They also run a towing business. No matter what time somebody calls, they are right there, asap, for anything from keys locked in car to a tow.

If I could give Rick 10 stars, I would! We were traveling back to our home near Golconda, IL from Columbus, OH when our van quit at Mile Marker 14 on I64 West, literally the middle of nowhere at 12 o'clock at night! Rick answered the phone after having only gotten 1 hour of sleep and picked us up, dropped us off at a local motel and had our van repaired and back to us before 11 am the next morning! He squeezed us in, even though they had a full shop scheduled for the morning and had us back on our way in less than 12 hours! I cannot recommend Rick and his team more highly! Professional, courteous and went the extra mile for us! If you find yourself in a similar situation near Grayville, IL, don't hesitate to give Rick a call. You will be glad you did!

Rick always takes the time to help anyone in need.Rick stopped what he was doing to put freon in my car and he also noticed I needed a new cabin filter and ordered one for me.

Outstanding Auto shop with the owners being a great help and excellent customer service. I've never met more honest, respectful, reliable, and kind people who have saved me more than once with my vehicles. Terry, Rick, and the rest of the team definitely have my loyalty. I had a BAD flat on my way into town, Saturday, his shop was already closed. I had no one to call, no one to come save me, we called Ricks as a hope and last resort,and although he didnt have a tire, he drove to us and plugged it the best he could right on the road so we could atleast get somewhere, and let us know his shop had air we could use if needed. We have used his services many times throughout the years(most being small emergencies i wont lie) and hes always came through. So once again thank you sir, for taking the time out of your weekend to save me off the side of the road, i got somewhere safe and out of the heat, and eventually got a new tire. Im very grateful.Service: Auto maintenance

I could not be happier with the service we received. My wife and I were on our way to Kansas City when our car broke down in Grayville. He towed us to his shop, provided an initial assessment of the car, provided a ride to a rental car allowing us to get back on the road to KC. He contacted us the next day with complete diagnosis with our options. He has taken calls and provided advice everytime we called. I recommend Rick's Ashland Service without hesitation.
