Should have price matched the item I was trying to buy. Now I gave Amazon my business and I spent less than the price match you could have gave me. If you needed my business you should have appealed to that price match I tried to ask for from the manager.

This store repeatedly told me when to come in to get my prescriptions, including the day of, stating I could get it in an hour. I showed up, 1 prescription was not filled as they were short and another couldn't be filled until the following day. Emily; an unhappy employee from the start, wouldn't listen to my questions and then refused to answer them. I then said "do you guys wonder why you only have 2 stars?" To which she just flat out walked away. I had to walk in to find the manager Kurt (that tried to help in a condescending way). They blamed it on a "national shortage". Upon calling other pharmacies; not 1 was out of my prescriptions. They were rude, I was 100% lied to 3 times in 4 days and then dealt with someone that shouldn't be in any customer service role at all. This isn't the first time I've dealt with incompetence at this location, my personal favorite was the time I waited for over an hour.... BECAUSE THE MANAGER DIDNT SHOW UP TO UNLOCK THE STORE!!! LOL!!! EMBARRASSING!!Bottom line GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!

I'm tired of seeing so many customers entering Walgreen's & NOT wearing a mask. Walgreen's need to enforce this rule. IT'S A STATE REQUIREMENT - MASK MANDATE PER GOV. OF IL. The last time i was in Walgreen's at 45&120 there were @ 1/2 dozen people not wearing masks. Why doesn't Walgreen's enforce this rule? Walmart & ALL other Stores do.

I love the pharmacy staff especially the pharmacist. They take care to make sure I have what I need ordered before it's due and things like that

Called the pharmacy to ask about an emergency prescription since I ran out of my meds and I wasn't able to get in contact with my doctor. Person I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude, and they were equally as rude in person, literally tossing the bag with my meds on the counter.

Pharmacy is inept. Have not had problems with the retail staff; however, all of my experiences with the pharmacy staff have fueled my belief they simply are incompetent. First time filling prescriptions at this location they had to be walked through how to add my insurance by my insurance company. Second occasion, I picked up meds I prepaid and again my insurance had to call and walk them through their own system to prove I paid. I have a new insurance now; third time filling the same medication and the woman told me I have two accounts (this is news to me) and she cannot find my prescription. She updates my insurance on one account, found the med on the other account and proceeds to tell me they no longer accept my insurance - the old one that she didn't update. I said I updated my insurance and she continues to tell me they do not accept "state" insurance. My insurance is not now nor has it ever been through the state. Trying to explain that she told me I was misunderstanding my insurance and to call another pharmacy. No. I went online with CVS and took care of it within 5 minutes. Do not go here - they need training in courtesy, customer service, their own system and jobs and obviously common sense which unfortunately for them cannot be taught.

I've been going to this pharmacy for years for my medication and they have recently become so unhelpful and very unprofessional. I've been hung up on while I was asking a question about the status of my medication multiple times and have recieved just straight unprofessional answers.

OMG you obviously haven't been to the Walgreens in Hainesville. Go there and you will appreciate this Walgreens. Cleaner, nicer people. Customers, please, if there are a bunch of people in line keep your change in a change jar and quit holding up the line.

I switched to this Walgreens after having several problems with CVS always being out of stock with my scrips. That was 3 years ago and I've been happy that I changed. Never a problem, knowledgeable, courteous staff and well run.

We were there selling Girl Scout cookies and the manager on duty was awesome. Even the pharmacist came out to support and bought some. Really friendly staff and love how Walgreens continues to support the Girl Scouts! Thank you again

I give 4 stars because I've never had a bad experience here. The staff are always very helpful and pleasant, it's clean, well kept, stocked, BUT, I agree that they need more staff, on registers and definitely in the pharmacy. The pharmacy staff does the best they can, I think, they are always friendly and accommodating. It is a very busy store at this location. The Walgreens on E 120 in Hainesville doesn't seem nearly as busy.

This is the worst pharmacy hands down. Multiple times I or my wife have left the line because they take forever. I've had to sit there with my infant waiting and waiting until I finally left without my prescriptions. Something needs to change I will be going to jewel going forward. Garbage
