This is my local Walgreens and they are always very friendly. My mom had an issue with one of her forms of payment and an employee named Adam came and helped us. He was exceptionally kind and helpful. Thank you guys!

Have never had issues getting my medication here, regardless of what it is. I have not been talked to like garbage or with a snarky attitude either as I have on the occasion from Round Lake Beach.. that makes me want to crawl up into the drawer and personally ask them " Why, why talk to me like this? I've given you no reason to. I could, but I've Always been friendly when I come through here. I don't deserve this & neither does anyone else. "
Thank you for being here Grayslake. I know I haven't switched all my meds over to you.. just my problem children ? that RLB just can't seem to handle. That too, in its self is totally amazing.
Again, Thank you for covering me when I needed it most!

Should have price matched the item I was trying to buy. Now I gave Amazon my business and I spent less than the price match you could have gave me. If you needed my business you should have appealed to that price match I tried to ask for from the manager.

Never will I EVER do business with Walgreens after my experience today.
I came in to get the second half of my script and I spoke to a young black woman at the walk in area and she preceded to demand to see the script from the doctor on my phone. She had already had it in the system because 30mins prior I was at Gurnee Walgreens. I asked her if she could check if they had what I needed in stock and she looked at me and said “I will do that” with an aggressive attitude. She then disappeared into the back of the pharmacy and came back saying it will be 15mins. I had her confirm that it was going to be that time and she rolled her eyes and said “that’s what I said didn’t I”
I came back through the drive through and was told I would have to come back an hour later for it to be filled. I explained that expectation of it needing to be filled within the agreed time frame and she got upset with me and then filled it.
This is a horrible experience and i would NEVER recommend this company to anyone for pharmaceutical needs. Go to Walmart or anywhere else than here!

Possibly the worst Walgreens to come to. Worst customer service, they don’t have milk or eggs in stock ever. Every time I go in either they are out of something or coolers are broken or the door is not working. People who work there seem like they’re just hanging around. They need good management, better employees, get things fixed if they are broken. Walgreens seems to stuck in the 80’s.

Pharmacy refused to give me my time- sensitive prescription because the Pharmacist put a ‘consult hold’ on it and then went on break outside of the posted break time. I got a phone call and message saying my prescription was ready to pick up, no mention of it being on hold. Called & spoke to a manager who gave nothing but poor excuses and refused to help. You can’t put holds on prescriptions if you can’t properly staff your pharmacy. And please get a manager who can actually handle customer service @ Walgreens 120 & 45.

Well, let's give it up for management over at the Walgreens on for 45 and 120. This man's name is Lloyd that spelled, but 2 else he specifically told me to say that anyways I try to exchange something it was just a $10 product and he wouldn't, he wasn't able to do it. I was just there 2 minutes previous to this. And the guy did not give me the receipt. He then asked to see my ID . After Lloyd decided to say to me a bunch of times oh, Jesus Christ, here goes my day. The manager who just started his shift is already complaining about his day In the this first five minutes of his shift.

The staff is friendly but the service is infuriating. My wife and I both have had the pleasure of sitting on hold for an extended period just to be hung up on. The wait times are always outrageous and they always seem have issues figuring out the insurance. It’s such a convenient location, but they need some help.

The pharmacist is doing illegal things here and should watch your back. I caught her deleted my perception out of their system multiple times because she doesn’t believe I should be on the benzo I was on. EXTREMELY ILLEGAL AND I WILL COME FOR YOU IF U THINK U WILL DO IT AGAIN! I will get a lawyer. You shouldn’t have your license anymore and are stupid for doing this. If you want to control peoples perceptions you need to be a real doctor.

This store repeatedly told me when to come in to get my prescriptions, including the day of, stating I could get it in an hour. I showed up, 1 prescription was not filled as they were short and another couldn't be filled until the following day. Emily; an unhappy employee from the start, wouldn't listen to my questions and then refused to answer them. I then said "do you guys wonder why you only have 2 stars?" To which she just flat out walked away. I had to walk in to find the manager Kurt (that tried to help in a condescending way).They blamed it on a "national shortage". Upon calling other pharmacies; not 1 was out of my prescriptions. They were rude, I was 100% lied to 3 times in 4 days and then dealt with someone that shouldn't be in any customer service role at all.This isn't the first time I've dealt with incompetence at this location, my personal favorite was the time I waited for over an hour.... BECAUSE THE MANAGER DIDNT SHOW UP TO UNLOCK THE STORE!!! LOL!!! EMBARRASSING!!Bottom line GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!

This is the worst phamacy I've ever had the displeasure of using. The retail employees are kind and helpful, but the pharmacy is so different. I'm bummed that it's the closest Walgreens to my house. The pharmacy staff provide terrible customer service and are incredibly disorganized. My husband and I are long-time Walgreens customers -- he worked at one for many years -- and he has already switched over to CVS. I'll probably follow him soon. They simply don't communicate! Things sit in limbo for days, and we have to call them several times to get things moving on their end. They promise us phone calls that they never fulfill. They seem miserable most of the time.

Been going to this Walgreens for a while I work at the Subway right next door, and this Walgreens has the nicest staff. The people in who work at that register are so positive love this place, I would definitely recommend.
