Been coming to this place for years (for oil changes), and I have had several issues. About 2 years ago I brought my ford focus in, only to have a mechanic set some feature in the car that wouldn’t allow the vehicle to drive over 60 mph. They had to call in a specialist and have a new key made to fix it. Most recently I went in for an oil change for my Hyundai, 12 hours later I had a check engine light. The mechanic had bumped into a sensor or something. I know I’ve definitely had more issues with this shop, I know given me check engine lights on other occasions, as well as issues with my tpm sensors. It is always smart to check how much air they put in your tires, typically they fill mine to 40 psi ?

Just drove a 600 mile trip to Tennessee found loose lug nuts and now I have a rattle on my car and I have a 600 mile trip back unbelievably poor service

Went for oil change and tire rotation. They stripped the bolt on my oil pan and didn’t mention that it had happened. Car was dangerously leaking oil. They did replace my oil pan at no charge. However, I just had my brakes fixed (by someone else) and was told that my lug nuts were only finger tight. I don’t usually post reviews but this was so negligent and dangerous that I felt compelled to do so.
