I’ve been a regular customer of John’s Complete Auto Service for a long time, and I can honestly say they’re one of the best shops I’ve ever worked with. I’m not an occasional walk-in—I’m a high-maintenance customer with multiple vehicles, and they’ve handled everything from mechanical issues, tire blowouts, and electrical problems to getting my A/C back up and running on a 90-degree summer day.
No matter what I bring to them, they always make it work.

He has always been affordable, frequently working around my strained budget to get me back on the road. Anytime he’s needed the car overnight, he has provided a loaner. He’s extremely knowledgeable and just a nice person. I’d feel comfortable recommending Rouse’s to anyone.

All my questions were answered and the functions of my vehicle were addressed and shown to me before I left so I could understand it all easily! “Heads up Mike is the best, I had brakes - Rotors and tires done in October 2024 then moved out of town. 9,000 miles and 9 Months later I had scorched front Rotors and half my brake pads were gone.( 12 Month unconditional warranty on parts per Nappa policy) Mike stood up for me and demanded that the distributor pay me back for parts from out of state. They didn't want to, but he got me a full refund and Nappa mailed me a check for $550 to cover replacement costs for new Rotors,front and back. He stands behind his work and I was in a bad spot that he helped me navigate.”

Unfortunately they can’t fix it but they did help me put on my spare tire for free and suggested me to go back to the dealership on Monday since my car is brand new. They worked with us and were able to send them to be refurbished and helped us save $1k+ in repair cost. Highly recommend these guys”
