I had the absolute best experience working with Jonathan and ultimately purchased a new Precor elliptical. Jonathan was incredibly patient and courteous - I asked sooooo many questions about the machine features, costs, warranties, support, etc. He answered all of them quickly and thoroughly without pressuring me into any decisions - just providing me with information I needed to make the best decision for me. I was initially planning to fix my existing elliptical, but with zero pressure from Jonathan, I very excitedly chose to buy a very good new one! Couldn't be more happy and appreciative of Jonathan's help.”

“Excellent. Got skates sharpened and picked up lace tightening hook. Staff was busy but attended my request within 2 minutes. They gave an accurate estimate of when my sharpened skate blades would be ready. I can back in about two hours and they were indeed ready. Very inexpensive rate for the sharpening.”

Many beautiful t-shirts and sweaters for both men and women to choose from. So I bought a sweater, and if you are looking for more, you will be fascinated by most of the things they sell there.”

And boy did Sports 11 deliver. They were able to get everything printed fast and the quality of the logos looks like it will last a very long time! They also have nice selection of school spirit hoodies, sherpas, you name it! Def want to go back and grab a Sherpa”
“I've always been aware of the Athleta brand (and had bought it for others) but I didn't really start purchasing for myself until this year (and then I became obsessed). Global spending on athleisure wear was over $330 billion last year and is projected to grow almost 10 percent each year. Probably half of my new clothes this year was Athleta. I love that I can wear these clothes to the studio or to work or to dinner. I like the materials and the little details like pockets on dresses, thumbholes on sweatshirts, drawstrings to cinch in the waist, and cargo pockets on pants. The fabrics are durable, machine-washable and soft. Athleta is pricey but they have incredible sales. This location is pretty well stocked and most of the staff is approachable and helpful. On one visit they were especially nice to my elderly relative. This is centrally located in the Hawthorn Mellody shopping center with plenty of parking. With your purchase you receive a silver branded Athleta tote.”
“I found a great pair of shoes at this place. But when the giy went to the back to grab the other shoe they did not have it. An hour before someone switched up the sizes and sold them. But the people at the counter were very nice about it.”

“Holiday pictures with Santa!Not only is Bass Pro a fun place to shop, we love that they allow dogs and also have free pictures with Santa. They are always SO friendly to us when we shop there and they allow us to bring in our (leashed!) golden retriever and usually give him a biscuit. We love having a fun place to take our dog in to get more socialization also! We always buy a photo package (the free one is a 4x6 with the Bass Pro logo on it) and the package photos don't have the logo so we are able to send our to family for Christmas. If you're in the area, I highly recommend checking out this Bass Pro. It's a fun place to explore with a huge fish tank and a whole outdoor feel. Happy Shopping!”
