First time going to this location to have my rotors resurfaced. I called on Monday asking about the price and provided make and model of my car as requested over the phone, and I was given a quote of $25 each. I brought in my rotors on Thursday, and have them done. When they were ready to be picked up, I was charged $30 each instead. I ended up paying $30 each even I mentioned that I was quoted $25 over the phone. Not a lot of money, but it make me fell it is dishonesty.

I visited this O’Reilly store to replace a battery, and I was pleasantly surprised by the prompt assistance I received from the staff. I highly recommend this location for its excellent service and the helpful employees who made my visit a positive experience.

It's a good store for cut rate auto parts. The employees are friendly and helpful. Certain parts I will buy here but for high dollar items I prefer Napa which are better quality.

Yesterday my alternator quit on me and I had a family member tow me to this location to test it and confirm this was the issue before buying a new one. Immediately Mark & Zack jumped into action to not only test it but to help us install a new one right then and there. If it wasn't for their eagerness to help I would have easily paid another $200 to get my car home last night. I simply cannot praise this location or these men enough. They went above and beyond to help me out.

The Store Associate knows the special tools usage, like mechanics but the store is a little bit pricy than Advance Auto Parts

I was next door at another store when my car broke down. I went in to O’Reilly’s looking for help. Immediately Ashley and Jeff jumped in to help me and fixed my car! They went the extra mile without hesitation. I will come back to this store and recommend to friends. Thank you Ashley and Jeff for all your help. You are amazing!

The guys at O’Reilly’s Grayslake were amazing. They helped me figure out that the previous auto parts store had given me the wrong spark plugs. So grateful and hopeful that this will help.
