I went here on a whim and made my first big purchases for my new condo. First time moving out isn’t easy but they made it easy! I had such a positive experience with the whole staff there - even the delivery guys! The first couch I purchased didnt fit through the entrance. The delivery guys tried their best but it was too big. Thankfully he called right away and told me they had 2 smaller ones to look at. I got my new couch the next day and it’s perfect. I can’t recommend My Family Furniture enough!

Our experience was top notch!First of all, we have never been furniture shopping. I looked for recommendations on Facebook and the internet/slash/grayslake community DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!!I thought that couch shopping was gonna take several days/several trips/several stores, but this was not the case.My boyfriend and I went into MFF and immediately found the best salesman John. He is personable and down to earth. He went at our pace and didn't rush us or push products on us. We had a really good time spending an afternoon with him and we ended up finding the perfect sectional for our livingroom.We are happy with the product, the price, the experience, and John most of all.10/10 shopping experience. Thanks John!!!

All my experiences have been great. I much prefer to buy my furniture from them rather than big stores. You are treated like a friend vs getting followed around by somebody just wanting to earn a commission. The customer service is outstanding. I've been so pleased with each purchase and highly recommend.

True customer service!! We traveled an hour to shop here and left satisfied customers. We had to return a couch that wouldn’t fit in the house and order a different one and they were very accommodating through this process. I would highly recommend them.

My husband and I felt welcomed as soon as we entered the My Family Furniture & Bedding store. Nancy, a salesperson, showed me all three furniture storerooms the first day I visited the store alone, without my husband. When we returned weeks later, the owner was just as helpful. We chose a lovely, quality made, king size bed frame and mattress. We are totally comfortable and happy with our purchase!! We will definitely come back for future furniture needs and will recommend that others go visit the My Family Furniture & Bedding for their furniture needs!
