I had an indoor storage unit for 8 months and have been super happy with the services. Great customer service! If I ever needed another storage unit I would definitely be storing with metro self storage again!! I can’t recommend them enough. Nancy was wonderful during my move on and move out process.

I have used Metro Grayslake for two different rentals and have had a positive experience both times. The property is very nice, and the people that work there have always been helpful. I would recommend them to anyone that needs storage.

Great experience for my family and father in his mid 70’s looking for a safe, clean & fair priced storage unit. Nancy & Joe who run the office were both excellent to talk with and help set up the online process and billing, etc. Thank you, much appreciate the great customer service & American Flag proudly displayed.

Nancy was great to work with, she not only help me find the right storage unit, she made me feel like it was like my own garage. Felt safe there and like she was family. Would rent from Grayslake metro storage and Nancy again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
