Going down hill. Often doesn't have advertised sale products. Several customer service and cashiers are chronically grouchy. Often there are long lines at the register while other employees stand around. By now, from the length of the lines, it should be clear that many customers do not prefer self checkout. Pharmacy staff and baggers are fantastic. Other employees could learn from them.

Every single time I submit a pickup order, I receive produce that is covered in mold. I kept coming to Jewel out of location and convenience, but seeing as I always have to throw my produce away, request at a refund, and then go back out to a different store to retrieve the produce I needed in the first place... the "convenience" factor does not exist at Jewel. Disgusting and disappointing. Mariano's offers the same service, without the constant mold issues. I'll be going there from now on.

Less than helpful employees but this location sometimes has stock that others won’t so that’s a perk. No one came out for curbside pick up when i returned for my order after them giving me someone else’s… waited for an excessive period and gave up. It is easier to dispute the charge with my bank.

Worst location ever. They never have anything in stock. Lack luster customer service and the parking is not good. Closest location to me but I drive right past it to go to a different location or just pay more for a better grocery.

I wish I liked this jewel as it is convenient but I refuse to go back. It’s so dirty and the produce without fail is always moldy. The produce section is by far the most dirty part of the store which feels yucky. Most of the employees are very nice, I will say that. But I can’t justify the prices when it’s bad produce and an unkempt store.

Unhealthy dirty bathroom. It smelled so bad and the idea of cleaning it, sounded a luxury at the moment. Do not use it for your own safety.

They close when it is convenient for them to close. Posted hours of operation don't mean anything.

Cashier is rude and doesn't know how to do her job. Screwed me over buy overcharging me and refused to give me an explanation and fix it.

Went to check out paid for my items and prepared to leave. Guy who bagged my groceries yells. "Are you gonna pay for that!"
Told him I already paid ( my had went through and charge showed up in my bank account).
Turns out cashier didn't ring up all my belongings, and they ended up on two separate receipts ( ?). I go back in and ask for the manager.
He sees the issue, and it makes no sense why the cashier did this, but can't do anything to fix it.
Sad been shopping here since I was a little girl and now never coming back to this store again.
Manager just said " Wow." ( didn't yell or anything) But it's not his income that was messed with.

Some lady who was working at the self check out (not Donna she is very kind) was incredibly rude and disrespectful to my mother, and was extremely reluctant to give us our coupon that we clipped. Extremely overpriced store with not the best produce.
