Terrible customer service when Ana, the young man and the fill-in pharmacist are there. Today was the second time I found those three working and wasn't going to spend that much time in a line again. I walked out without picking up my Rx and plan to transfer all my Rx's.

The pharmacist here will suggest medicine dosage changes without knowing their CUSTOMER'S NOT PATIENT'S medical history. Just about every time I have picked up a prescription I use the drive thru window. The speaker to begin with is terrible. However, let this speaker be the first REG FLAG for this pharmacy. After repeatedly never having one of my prescriptions the pharmacist suggested switching MG's with my doctor to be able to receive this medication more regularly. After 2 months, this same pharmacist that worked 10/05/2023 at 8:00pm at night then told me to switch back to the old dosage as she could get this in. Suggesting switching dosages on a mental health medication, as well as not having any to take as they are 'out', is not what my opinion of a pharmacist should be. To suggest multiple times to change my dosages on medications when they are not my practicing doctor with little to no knowledge of my medical history is not only outrageous, but DANGEROUS and should be illegal. I would love to report this interaction to a board or somewhere higher, and plan to. But this is my first step in action to at least make others aware of this. I have never heard of anyone with mental health issues to find a baseline by consistently changing their medication dosages by the recommendation of someone other than their practicing doctor.They will also changed your medications from a brand covered by insurance to another brand not covered, will not inform you, but you will only find out once you are required to pay. My same medications would vary from $10, to $25, and then to $40. Not in the order and never consistent. I've been charged these 3 differing prices on multiple occasions for 1 of my medications. This should be your least concern here.I live in Grayslake, not Skokie. Moved here from Naperville in 2021 and have nothing but bad experiences from this pharmacy. So consistently bad that this is my first and only negative review.

One of your snotty techs complained directly to my grandmother about how she calls them repeatedly, asking questions about her prescriptions.Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't that your job???If you have a problem with customers calling and asking questions about their medications, I suggest you seriously reconsider the career path you've chosen.

Soooo much easier than calling Walgreens or Walmart. I just called so easy to find the Jewel Osco pharmacy near my home on Google. The Osco had pharmacy had already closed but still answered my call. I thought why call sense hours posted padt time closed. The staff pharmacy answered and told me immediate where item OTC i needed plus he told me that the Jewel evening time now open later so I could get dinner and other family evening for night I could still pick up my item all way til midnight. The staff member was so friendly and super nice. What impressed me was when I previously called in past of 2 stores I mentioned above usually make me feel to wind up so frustrated but with the Osco guy tonight gave me like a smile and calm. Thank you!

Better generic meds than Walgreens, I know that much. I take a few medications that I can’t afford if premium, but their generic are close to the real deal. Recommend 100%! Plus the pharmacists are always very helpful if you have any questions regarding your prescriptions.. 5 stars well deserved for sure… Enoc Approved.

I have a very difficult Dr. to deal with and he is always late sending prescriptions. Viviana, Lisa and the rest of the staff at the pharmacy are life savers and help me track down and deal with this on a monthly basis. They really, truly care about their customers and it shows.

friendly staff good variety to choose from! I found a new flavor of Dots pretzels today too...southwestern style!! those drivibg electric cars can now power up free while shopping

The floors were messy and not clean. Several items on shelf were expired or close to expiration date. Got deli from meat and when I made my sandwich in morning turkey was bad. Management needs to inspect better
