State Farm had best coverage at best price (a few others were close on price), but it is important to me to have a good local agent that I can depend on. Cecilia sealed the deal. She had glowing Google reviews, and now here is another. From the first phone contact to initiating the policies, she modeled what great customer service should be. She (1) is very knowledgeable of her products and offered helpful suggestions. (2) quick to return phone calls (3) patient in answering questions - I'm detail oriented and had many specific questions; Cecilia gave as much time as was necessary to fully answer all of them; and where I wanted to see the actual language in the policy document, she gladly pulled-up the policy for us to view together at her desk. (4) also, again, was very patient in gladly running many different quotes with varying coverage combinations/levels. Lastly, she is very pleasant. I know I have a go-to agent that will have my back if a claim event occurs. If you're shopping insurance, you should definitely include Cecilia/State Farm in your search.”
