After trying out Great Lakes Collagen from Trader Joe's for almost 2 months, I purchased 8lb bag directly. Unfortunately, while waiting for the product to arrive, I started having allergic reaction with itchy rashes a few hours after consuming the last few times taking it. I called to return the unopened 8lb box and was told I will be provided return label. I called back 2 weeks after as I never heard back and also opened a ticket and no response. The company ghosted me. Very bad customer service.

This brand was recommended by a friend so I decided to order on 6/21. After checking the tracking link repeatedly, it just shows the label was created and nothing more. I chatted with live chat on 6/28 and they said sometimes the info doesn't update and to reach out again if I don't receive it by 6/30. It's now 7/5 and I have reached out via live chat and the contact form on the website with ZERO communication. I also asked for a refund since it is clear to me I am not getting my order. I agree with another reviewer - horrific customer service, however, I haven't even tried the product and am no longer interested.

They have a very good product, with great value. But, they have horrific customer service, I ran into an issue with my last order, and it will be my last every order, after mutable attempts to connect them through mutable methods I have yet to receive a response and have given up on the company. I even left a review from a form email they sent, however instead of contacting me about the issue, they just moderated it. So order at your own risk, if a problem comes up you will not get resolution to your issue.

The product is what I LOVE. The place is an office setting not literally a store. If you do not know the product they will tell you about it. They are growing towards a more retail setting. But rest assured their products are top notch! Great friendly staff also.
