The glass doctor was very professional got me done way faster than any other company and even allowed me to get work done while They were Replacing the glass on my car front . I am Very appreciative of customer service and care and if I have any other issues that is the only place I will go I recommend everyone go to them first. Safelite, the glass doctor knows what they’re doing. The technicians are. Staff was very caring. I originally went to Safelite and they definitely had horrible customer service and did not care about my situation considering work. I will never go to Safelite again.

Hire this Company to replace the door on my business and Nicole in the office kept me updated of any delays in the process which is a big deal cause normally companies don’t. The guys that installed the door were very polite and quick. I like them so much I asked them to quote our other door that slams all the time! Highly recommend.

I had a pretty extensive set of cracks in my front window, Glass Doctor was quick and thorough in replacing it. Everyone they sent was kind and funny and made the process pretty easy. Two thumbs up!

I recently found myself needing my 4th new windshield on my vehicle. Of course they cost exactly what my deductible is, so it adds up in 18 months. Being new to the area, I decided to Google auto glass repair and came across Glass Doctor. I asked for a quote and they came back over 20% less than the national competitor I previously used. Well my install was today and not only did I get great customer service, I was in and out in 45 minutes. They even reset up my dashcam for me. Well unbeknownst to be, it comes with a warranty that to me is beyond generous and absolutely made the entire experience that much better. I will definitely be a repeat customer when the need arises.

I recommend Glass Doctor. They found the hinges to repair a 35 year old casement window.Chris did a great job and put in extra work to repair the windows.

Ok, we have a leaded stained glass window that needs to be repaired and we called Glass Doctor. Hard to find someone to do this work. The owner came out, quoted a cost, took our $450 deposit and scheduled a fix date. Great, we felt good. Then the actual repair guy comes out and tells us he can’t do the work and that the owner was wrong about being able to do it.So… we call and call and call to try and get resolve and/or our $450 back. They never called back until I was able to raise the owner on text who told me he’d resolve it and never did. In fact, then ignored me - oh also had the gall to tell me that he’d hold our $450 as a deposit on future work?! I gave him the chance to make it right more than once and he did not.We never got our $450 back, so they basically stole it from us. Highly recommend stay away from this company with low character and values.
