Love our new bathroom and our tiles turned out great! We were told we could return full boxes of whatever tiles we didn’t use. Brought back 4 boxes of tile and were denied a refund due to it being over 30 days, which it says nowhere on the receipt. Would love to leave a better review, but we paid off our $4k bill in mid August, and our tile guy wasn’t even done in a month. A bit frustrated, despite the bathroom turning out great! Need to specify your 30 day return policy ON THE RECEIPT!

We just had the whole house re-carpeted. Jose and Chendi were great - efficient, pleasant, and very hard workers. They finished the entire job in two days, which minimized the disruption. We love our new carpet. great job.

Totally happy with our new wall to wall carpeting for the entire second floor! Erin helped us & gave us samples to bring home, we made our decision, owner Dan Inman came out to measure, the installers did a great job, & we are very happy!

So impressed with CARPET ONE Floor and Home in Grayslake. Amanda Vetsch, the store manager, was great to work with. She made it easy to find just the right carpet for our needs. The installers were quick and efficient. We are getting lots of compliments on the rug. Looking forward in working with Amanda again soon and replacing all the carpet in the house.

The shopping experience was painless with the salesperson easily recommending carpeting based on our needs which is carpeting for the family that can stand up to a large dog. The carpeting took a bit to get delivered to the store, but the installation process was quick and professional.

I have used Floor Decor Carpet One multiple times and I have had an excellent experience with them each time. Every time I visited the showroom, I was treated promptly and courteously. All sales representatives were very knowledgeable about their products and very helpful in answering my questions. They installed carpet in my family room years ago which is holding up excellently. Just this past spring they installed carpeting throughout the entire second floor bedroom areas. My wife and I admire the job they did and the quality of the carpeting. My husband and I have only purchased carpet and flooring from Floor Decor Carpet One. We have lived in our home for 15 years and purchased new carpeting about 12 years ago, our carpet still looks new. We get it cleaned regularly which I think helps. We have received many compliments on the color and how well it has worn. We recently remodeled our basement and purchased tile and carpet. We are highly satisfied. The customer service is great, service was great and this will be the only place we will purchase flooring items from.

This was a wonderful experience from the start to finish!On time, accurate, professional. The installation was done very well, they carefully moved the furniture, placed back and left the place tidy. No damage to walls, etc which took effort because my place is small.I highly recommend this location!

So we just recently had some LVP Coretec installed in our main living area. There was some shipping delays, but not the flooring companies fault. We had Leon install our flooring and he did a great job. You can tell he’s been installing floors and has experience! We also worked with Erin on the process and she is definitely helpful. We are beyond happy with our floor. Definitely will hire them in the future.

After seeing my friend's refinished hardwood floors, I was amazed at how Floor Decor Carpet One matched up her hardwood after removing her family room carpet. It looked amazing and you would have thought the hardwood was brand new and couldn't tell the old from the new. I asked her who did her floors and I added Floor Decor Carpet One to my list of estimates. The owner was very knowledgeable and friendly. I quickly liked his ideas and the cost was appropriate. We decided not to refinish the wood floors and to go with a luxury vinyl that is more durable than hardwood. The floors were completed a couple weeks ago and we love, love, love them. The installer was experienced, quickly addressed any concern we had and did a fantastic job. Thank you Carpet One! I highly recommend them.

Great company to work with, from phone calls with questions, to in home estimate and getting the work done. They were responsive, timely, and came in under budget. Plus my wood floors look AMAZING. Very happy customer.

Awesome experience with Floor Decor Carpet One Floor & Home. We started having our hardwood floors refinished with them and followed it up with carpet installation. Both services went smoothly from start to finish. They were very professional, took the time to address all our concerns and questions to insure that we were happy with the finished results. We look forward to working with them again in the future.
