Super convenient with the monthly plan! You can speed past the line and just go right in! The vacuums are great and my car is always looking brand new! The owner is super cool and we talked when I set up my membership and he thought I had a cool car ?

Use to be a great place to get a car wash. Tried it a few times since pricing went up and the job is poor quality just took my car through again and it got nothing off. Small amount of dirt on my hood was still on it after the wash and looked liked I didn’t even get it washed.. only thing good now is the free vacuums

Nice finish after the wash with wax, but the dryers are awful. If you don't wipe the care down right after the wash, you end up with white spots all over the car and windows. Not right for a $20 wash! PLEASE get better dryers, or extend the length of time for the car to go through them.

Customer service should be priority. I signed up for a membership at this Carwash. First wash on my wife’s suv and one cover piece in the front bumper was gone. I tried to address this issue with them but they didn’t do anything.
So, a few months later I decided to give them a second chance but this time a smaller car. Again I signed up for a monthly pass . One month in, I went for a wash and my car didn’t wash well, so I went back after a few hours to give it a second wash. The manager wanted to make me pay for a Carwash even tho I was told it was unlimited washes as I paid monthly. Alex the manager had bad and careless attitude said that it was recently changed to once a day. I asked so what if the wash didn’t do well, my car is still dirty.
He said “well looks pretty clean to me” and proceeded to say I would have to pay again. I said if that’s the case I would cancel and he replied with a smirk saying “oh I can do it right now from my phone”.
After trying to explain this guy about exceptions as managers based on a fair situation he said “I don’t care, I just work here”. I replied saying exactly that’s why you don’t care. He also didn’t care about me posting a review.
I am a manager as well and I have always being thought to be fair, make exceptions when they make sense and customer service is top priority for a business.
This wash just lost a client, and I hope the owner Charles does something and chooses his managers more carefully. Yeah maybe one less client means nothing to them but the manager should gain clients for the owner not lose clients. Now people know and they can make a decision to go there for A. Pieces missing off your cars or B. Bad service whenever you have a bad wash.

Very easy and clean and the vacuums ACTUALLY work! We did the $20 option and the car looked awesome. The staff was friendly and helpful. There were plenty of parking spaces and the vacuums all worked. The trash cans were clean which was nice because they weren't over stuffed where you can't throw things away.
Not overly expensive either. They have an 8 option. Would highly recommend.

Hello there I have been a customer for a year now. A couple months ago (2 months now) I put in a complaint for both of my cars being scratched by the car wash. I was hoping to receive a call/ text bu the owner to fix this problem as you can see on the following pictures both of my car/suv have long scratches along the passenger side of my cars. I live in the wildwood community so the car wash is very convenient but please reach out to fix this issue especially now that summer is around the corner you can really tell those nasty scratches. I did go back and talked with the manager so here I am with a 2nd attempt to fix this problem. I will update if they reach out.

They advertise unlimited car washes. That is a lie! Only one per day. Unlimited means as many times as I want. Very disappointing to learn this.

Frustrated. I used to love Fast Jack’s but they have more than doubled their prices in the last year, and it’s no longer reasonable. You just lost my business until your prices come down.

had my daughter's car detailed there and 1st thing they say is if stuff is left in car they will throw it out..not a very good 1st impression
