Rachel was very helpful here at Scott Johnson Farmers Insurance in 3rd Lake Illinois. She saved us a lot of money on our homeowners renewal for 2024! She also follows up well, when she says she is going to. We switch to this insurance from State Farm and Scott save us a lot 3 years ago. Always there to answer questions.

Don't worry, still can't stand this company. I've actually have recommended friends to leave and done the leg work for them to do so. I've actually saved thousands with Allstate AND I'm not overpaying anymore and neither should you. Oh and get this, my agent listens to me and doesn't get argumentative and talk down to me. It's beautiful.
