There is a reason every review Joe and his team has is five stars. They are **exceptionally** great at their work. I was on a tight timeline to secure home insurance before a very quick (8-day) close on a house. This is my first home ownership; and I wanted to make sure every potential catastrophe was covered. I don't know if Joe has ever had any client ask as many questions as I have; but he never once made me feel like it was too much or unimportant. He knew many answers, was a great guide (and self-proclaimed insurance geek), and dug into the obscure ones with the home office, getting the answers back to me in record time. I'm sure I wasn't the only new client those days of sorting through the nitty gritty details, but it sure felt like I was. Even after we closed, Joe has been a great partner and liaison with the home office. After decades with a local (Allstate) rep that I never once spoke with and then years with a national company who didn't have a dedicated agent; I can't imagine going back to that now. Joe has earned my trust, and I'm looking forward to recommending him to all my family and friends.
