Just dealt with some gentleman named John about ATM fees and wow what a jerk. He didn't really seem to care about me and I felt as if I was too much of a bother. I felt disrespected at the lack of professionalism and frankly caring about my issue. I would avoid this branch.

I did deposit my IRS refund check and the teller put a hold in the check and the check will be clear in 10 days, that's ridiculous, I told them I have payments to do and my account will be overdraft and they didn't care, it looks like they do it on purpose. Worst costumer service

Horrible customer service, been a customer for 15 plus years and they wouldn't transfer money from one account to the other, manager hid in the back. Never again ! Closing account and transferring to a bank that provides actual interest and customer service.

Banking with Chase was by far the worst experience of my life. I opened a savings and checking account with them so that I could save up money and better my life however two weeks after opening the accounts the bank sends me a letter letting me know that they are going to close both accounts, after ONLY 2 WEEKS! This is not what my main problem is with the company, what really got to me was that when I went into my local location to find out why, nobody could inform me as to why I was so abruptly canceled. The manager at the grayslake location called the headquarters and even they refused to disclose the reasoning for my closed account. If there was such a problem with my having an account with them, why did they even open the accounts in the first place?

I absolutely love banking with Chase! They are usually pretty friendly, upbeat, and quick with all your banking needs. They started this new policy (needing an ID for deposits) which I am not a fan of cause I usually leave my ID in the Chase bag after the transaction. I do appreciate the business lane as it allows me to get change and complete my transactions in a timely manner. Time is money and Chase understands that!
