Best customer service and branch in the neighborhood appointment may be required but they always accommodate Walk in! Not all branches are the same. I had to leave from another closer branch to this one for a 5 min Business. Special thanks to the gentleman who took care.

This branch literally has THE best service out of all the places we've been! And we've lived in Ohio, Massachusetts, and California, and have banked with Chase for over 15 years. We just moved to this area and needed to update our address and some other account information. The Banker and the Teller both helped us efficiently; and were very kind and personable. We got done with our business with time to spare and a big smile on our faces. I don't normally leave reviews but really just want to thank the team for their efforts to deliver the best customer service I've seen in the U.S. for YEARS. Can't ask for nothing more out of a bank, we're really glad we moved here!

Had to stop by branch today & was met immediately by Jeremy. Very friendly & professional. While I wasn't able to get exactly what I came in for ( it was a longshot anyway) Jeremy was very patient & tried to help me sort out my issue.

Ridiculous!!!!Today, Sunday, March 5, I stopped by to deposit a check and withdraw some cash.Only one car at one of the two ATM's..yeah...lucky day!!NOT!!First ATM didn't work. It responded to my debit card and password.....then screen would not respond. Waited 5 minutes. Even tried cancelling and re-inserting card....screen still didn't work.Drove around behind the only other vehicle there.Waited another 5 minutes for the other customer to finish. Meanwhile someone arrived to the ATM I just left. While I am using the second...two issues. The ATM would not let me do two transactions without starting each one separately..re-inserting my card for the second.Then, the vehicle that tried to use the first ATM I tried, pulled in behind me...for obvious reasons.This is not the first time I have had issues with non-responsive screens on these ATM's.One would think there is technology that works more consistently....but I guess Chase doesn't care that it took my 15 minutes to Accomplish what I should have be able to do is 3-4 minutesBeen a Chase customer for over 15 years, but maybe time to reconsider.

I was there to get a personal checks under my husband’s name who is in the same account, they told he needs to be present, I went to another Chase and they gave me the checks just under his name with no issues. Bad costumer service

Zero customer service. Made an appointment with a personal banker. Arrived 15 min. before appt. Was told the person that the appt was with was not there that day. They knew about the appt. as the greeter said they received the notification about it on their system. Why weren’t we notified? Was told it would be “a while” to be seen as there was someone with the lone personal banker at that time and somebody was ahead of us. Was offered to reschedule for the next day. I told them I made the appt. for that day/time since we were all available then. She did not give us any other options and said there was no manager to talk to. Sent a complaint to customer service and received the canned response that they strive for good customer service and they forwarded the “concern” (as they call it) to the branch manager. I even asked for a reason why we should keep our accounts with them. Here we are over a week later and no other communication or calls. Not using my real name as I don’t trust them to mess with my accounts.

There's nothing left to this location but the ATM. All the teller windows are closed instead all they have left is a machine and if you're lucky two bankers and they prefer you use the machine anyways.

I don’t know why there are so many negative reviews but I’ve been using this location for over 4 years and almost always was happy with timely good customer service.

Horrible service at this location. Waited 10 minutes in the drive up to make a simple deposit. This happens more often than not. When I question it, they snap back with how short staffed they are. Any time I've gone into their office, there are plenty of senior staff sitting at their desks. Perhaps get up and assist your staff?? The Libertyville location is so professional, friendly and efficient. Grayslake is poorly run.

Asked for my ending balance which I have received before on this closed account and it was $0 now I when I get the pPAPERWORK ONCE AGAIN it mysteriously changes to $-250. Why I can't trust jp Morgan on top of having family friends working as bankers there. This will be handled legally-Nedim Filan

Went to deposit a check what I experienced was whole another drama going on I noticed that senior employee her behavior towards junior employee so mean have no self respect like there are costumer there or at least go On the side I don’t know if that was a LOA or Manager so unprofessional as hell, I guess her name was Alejandra so unprofessional she really needs to understand what is professionalism. they need to work on their behavior especially when there is Customer around!

I walked into the store and helped by a man who’s name is lucky I’m not disclosing to help me open a credit card. He was proceeding to give his other work associates dirty looks about me and to me because I had trouble finding my ID in my purse, he then proceeded to make me feel very awkward and uncomfortable because my ID was 2 weeks expired which I had no inkling of that before he let me know. I left in tears and I wish he would of been more kind and considerate to my feelings it was an honest mistake. I will switch banks due to this because he seemed disgusted in me for no reason. That man is a mean man. I gain nothing from making this up. He had no people skills probably due to a bad marriage he’s not happy in. :) it was CLEAR he had an annoyed attitude with me , maybe he just hates women I don’t know what it was but it was the weirdest encounter at chase I’ve ever had and I’ve been banking with them for 8 years!
