Do not buy from this company. They don’t fix breakdowns with their chair lifts and can’t find permanent solutions. Instead your stuck with an elderly person who can’t get upstair or down stairs.

Bought a chair lift from them for my mother two years ago, my mother used it for less then two years, and recently passed away. I contacted them figuring they'd have some decent sort of buyback. Their offer was 15% of what we paid for lift. Their service is good but this offer was insulting.

Do not buy from them. My mother had Dave come to her home and sell her 2 stair lifts. She canceled within the 3 day time period allowed for sales made in your home and they will not credit her account. When he came to house he said the he "forgot" to bring a contract with him. What kind of a salesman does not have a contract with him. He made her put down 80% and then later on, when his office manager emailed the contract to her, the contract said that 50% was required down. She decided to cancel the contract when my dad got sick and had to go back for inpatient care. She wasn't sure if she would end up needing the stair lifts and didn't want to be out the money. Dave would not return my calls and Tammy just kept telling me he would call me. We started a dispute with the credit card company. I would never recommend this business to anyone.

As a previous client, I requested service (THREE times !) for electric chair lift repair. At the time I had a cancer patient who definitely needed help. It always had been hard to get a response, but this time the request was completely ignored.
