Love, love, love them! I’ve been going here for years. They always are able to help me! I think it was only 1 time I went and they were unable to fix something. They are amazing! Friendly, nice and have fixed everything quickly and very cost efficient. I will always go here with anything tech related! They even walk me through things I can do on my own! ❤️

Love them. Always helpful. They always fix anything I bring to them and in a timely matter! Even if it something I don’t need them to do and it’s something that I can do myself they walk me through it and tell me how to do so.

We found this place when we needed service to a computer. They were great. They fixed/upgraded the computer. We had questions afterwards and there was no problem with him taking time to help. I would definitely recommend this place.

I appreciate the time and effort put into trying to fix my Xbox Series X. I was just disappointed with the lack of basic customer service. I had to call for an update on my Xbox and then 9 days later still no update from 911 tech repair. I drove there today to pay what I owed and take my Xbox back and count it as a loss. I appreciate the effort in trying to repair it but I can’t trust a business with my belonging if they can’t give me simple update after over a week. I have included both receipts in case the owner states I’m not a real customer. I’m sure they are good people and you should give them a chance, I unfortunately cannot due to the above. I wish them the best, thank you.

Wedge from 911 Tech Repair was extremely helpful and knowledgeable for diagnosis and resolving several laptop issues that I was having that definitely needed an expert to resolve. He educated me on safe practices moving forward that no one had ever taught me before and was helpful to answer other questions as well. It can be stressful finding a reliable computer business, but it brings me peace of mind finding this place. I will definitely be returning here for future computer repairs. Thank you sincerely!
